THURSDAY EVENING DICES.

In Summer from October to April The Freedom Paddlers Club runs an evening dice
every Thursday at 6pm. This out and back 10km paddle suites the hot shot pro
as well as the newbie just starting out. All are welcome. We even have a social paddle division for the less competitive.

To enter the dice you do need to be registered with CSA and WCCU, be surfski proficient and carry all safety kit. If this seems too much admin, drop us a line or pop down to a dice and we walk you through it. It’s easy when you know how.

HOW TO ENTER

THE THURSDAY FREEDOM PADDLERS SURFSKI DICE

The Dice is run entirely by volunteers who prefer paddling to handling admin. To
let our hard working paddlers join in on the dice, this year we are moving
everything online. It is super simple. Here is what you have to do

PRE REGISTER EACH WEEK

To get the weeks registration link (it changes each week), join the Freedom Paddlers Club. Once you are a member you will be invited to join the Club WhatsApp Grp were the registration link and details about each weeks dice are published. Or just come down on a Thursday at 5pm to see what it is all about. Provided you have the skill and equipment you will be able to join the dice and get your questions answered.

PAY USING SNAP SCAN

R60 entry fee to cover Ande’s timing services and a beer and a wors roll.

Pay via snapscan or cash at check in.

At reg u must check in👮, get your race number and pay your entry fee – R60

Pre reg paddlers will be able to jump the queue.

Paddle

🔹 Reg.: 17:00 -17:50

🔹 Starts: 18:00, 18:10 (faster paddlers)

🔹 Courses: 10km – Into the wind for 5km and back (Short course option, turn back whenever you like).
